Do not move here My A/C was not ready when I moved in and wasn’t fixed for another two weeks, they didn’t even realize the mailbox key they gave me didn’t work and it took over two months for them to order a new one. The baseboards were chewed up from a previous tenant’s dog and they just painted over it instead of replacing it. There are roaches and trash piled in the parking lot. It does not feel like a safe area but they still want to charge like they’re some luxury apartment. Don’t waste your money here!
irresponsible and rude management These properties do not seem to be able to retain any good managers. I have been here 8 months and there has been a 3rd manager while consistently declining in their quality of response and service. My unit’s AC has gone down a fourth time and this time it has taken a week while still waiting it to be fixed. And the customer desk person feels bothered if you ask her for an update. Just to stop by and follow up, the manger just scolded me and I had to sit down and explain him my rights. They ... read more
