I've used several vets over the years and I believe these people truly care about their patients and their "parents". They have helped me monitor Rocky these past few years and were very compassionate yesterday as we said goodbye. Rocky was a huge hit everywhere he went; he will be sorely missed. Thank you for being so kind and understanding. It made a difficult situation more bearable.
Don't take a pet there for a peaceful passing. You will find roadblocks and self doubt to following your heart and instincts, when what you should get is understanding and compassion for a very difficult decision. In the end you could lose the last trusting moments a beloved pet deserves. You don't get a do over with life and death moments. RIP Kita, you deserved better.

Definitely the best clinic in town I drive from the other side of town they are super sweet and caring mitzi loves it as well
West Tyler Vet is the BEST ! They have always been very thorough, knowledgeable and so caring with my dog. They always make her feel so assured and taken care of ... she knows she is in the best hands there !!!
