They are very caring and Dr. Borah really takes his time making sure everything is checked during their yearly exam! We found out that one of my dogs that we rescued was heartworm positive after we had been told she was heartworm negative at another vet office in that used an outdated type of heartworm test. West Tyler Vet uses up-to-date tests and they are the reason she is now heartworm free and feeling much better!
I have used West Tyler Vet for at least 6 years, board my big dog there frequently and she loves to go. They are so loving to her and she has no fear. Last night Dr. Borah went above and beyond when he came out to the clinic in the middle of the night to exam Annie when she had a snake bite. He treated her with antibiotics and a steroid and she is much better today. Thank you, Dr. Borah, I truly appreciate you and your staff!
these guy are great we had a little chihuahua that was trying to have babies but she was too little so we called Review West Tyler Veterinary Clinic the answering service let us know she would contact the vet and call us back he met us at 2:00am preformed a emergency c-section on her delivered the puppies and he was very reasonable for his services i would highly recommend him he has a wonderful staff
Great service and I'm very appreciative that they were able to fit me in without an appointment. I was concerned about an eye injury one of my dogs had and just wanted to get it looked at. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and competent. I can be very protective of my pets, but was completely comfortable letting them take Bug out of the treatment room to weigh her and check her eyes for any kind of corneal tears. They care and do a fantastic job. An added plus is they're only a few minutes from my house!
Don't know how I'd do it without them. Dr Borah is always there when I need him. Thanks!
