Very kind and caring staff. I was seen promptly at my scheduled appointment time. The prices were very reasonable and they are very knowledgeable.
West Tylerwas an excellent choice for our 3rd c section on our Frenchie! They are super professional very clean n everyone was so helpful! Took my dog in for surgery and he passed away the next day. Reported this to state board and Mark S. Borah was ordered to Austin to account for several breaches of care. Am awaiting final outcome. Use this get at your own risk!!!
Best vet clinic ever! Dr. Borah is an intelligent, kind veterinarian who took very good care of my elderly beagle when he had a skin infection. I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else!
I can’t say enough good things about this vet clinic! The staff and doctors are always fantastic and so helpful. I love that they’re open on Saturdays for walk ins, and they have great prices. And they are extremely knowledgeable and take great care of my fur babies! Thanks so much for all you do!
Great location that is just across from the airport! My dog loves the treats and snacks. My Mom and Dad have many cats and all of them see WTVC. The staff loves on them!

we took our little 2 year old Thumbelina. Which is a 5lb 4oz Maltese with a bad heart. This was her first visit to vets down here in Texas . We got all of our updates on our shots worming Etc. They were really friendly and kind and thoughtful . We asked how her heart was. It seemed like it broke their hearts to tell us that she still had a bad heart. So I feel they were very kind and loving towards our little girl.
