Great and friendly people here!
The entire staff has been great both times I've visited. We recently adopted our buddy Bruno and brought him to West Toledo for his shots and wellness checks. Everyone is incredibly friendly, clearly love working with animals, and are so good to our dog. I recently read a post regarding Dr. West opening her doors after hours to help a group cremate a dog who lost his life in a local fire. This kind of service speaks so highly to who you all are. You have us as customers for life
The team at West Toledo Animal Hospital is great! Dr. West and the rest of the staff have been great about answering all my new German Shepherd mom questions. The care given to my puppy has been outstanding. He attends doggie daycare twice a week and it has been great for his socialization. I love that they work with him on his training. 👍🏻Thank you Dr. West for the recommendation. Thank you Becca, Bailey, Monet and Jane for working with and playing with him! I will never take my pets anywhere else for as long as I live in NW Ohio!! Please consider donating your pet's unused or expired medication back to this vet, It can be used to help other pet owners who may not be able to afford it on their own. My grandma's dog Sparkle was able to receive her medication free thanks to Good Sam.
I can't say enough about how awesome this team is! In 2014 I "rescued" a dog who was already an established patient in this office. Fast forward to January 5, 2018, I had to put him down and they were so compassionate. The vet tech cried too, and Dr. Brandy was so great at explaining everything and how it would happen. They let us take as much time as we needed with him, both before and after, and we never felt rushed, even after the office had closed for the day.
