Veterinary care, boarding services, daycare services, last minute anything! The staff is so kind and friendly. My girls, (Honey and Twister) are always so happy to see their friends. They are so accommodating and understanding about my busy busy life as a single mom of the one human and two fur babies. I'm so grateful to them. My summer would have been a mess without them. I'm grateful for the staff at West Toledo Animal Hospital. My dachshund was having back issues and was struggling to stand and walk. I had emailed to set up an appointment on Monday for Starr, but decided not to wait. I walk in with her this morning, and the chiropractor had my email printed out, ready to call me to come in with her today. Dr. Sam took us back and started working on Starr immediately. The staff and the doctors there are warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. We love this place!!!
All they see your animal as is a dollar sign. Paid them $300 down payment to treat my cat. I owe $100 something on that bill. They only require 50% of your total as a down payment (they were unsure of my exact total since she had to have surgery and meds needed could vary). They would not give me my cat because my card was declined and they refuse to wait til Friday when we get paid. So now I can't get my cat and they are going to charge me a $25 boarding fee per day til I can. I am livid. Once I get my cat back, I will neve... read more
