Excellent, caring, and knowledgable staff! I definitely recommend them to anyone in the Toledo area looking for a vet. I take all of my cats here. In particular, I'm grateful for them helping me with my one cat, May. I took her to another place in town when she started acting really lethargic, eyes not really focusing, and she was licking her lips alot. I took in a foster dog(through Planned Pethood) who was in horrible shape. She had no hair, had horrible skin and ear infections, and was having trouble walking due to swollen feet. She was a wreck. Everybody at W.Toledo was just wonderful with her. They were kind and loving even when other people were pulling their dogs away from her in the lobby. With their help, she's regained full health, and a full, lovely coat of hair, and is happy and healthy and ready to go up for adoption. The only way they could make me happier wou... read more
There are no words to describe how grateful I am for the treatment my chihuahua, Chester, and I received today. The kindness and understanding went above and beyond. Today I was reminded that there are still good people in this world and this entire staff are a shining example of this. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!
Brought my dog in last minute with no call ahead and never having been there before. I filled out paperwork and within 15 minutes they had us back to be seen. They were very caring and informative and reasonably priced and have definitely made a new loyal customer for all my animals!
