We absolutely adore the staff and are confident in their care for our fur babies.
All around great people. We recently had to put our dog down, the vet, and the tech allowed us to say our final goodbyes at our own pace and let us stay until we were ready to leave. They were kind enough to send a condolence card as well. They take great care of your furry family member.
They've been taking care of my cat Macy since he had a urinary obstruction and spent a week in ER, they are all awesome and love the animals that come through! Highly recommend! Prices are very reasonable as well.
after this last visit with my new dog... i will never come back. i took him in due to a sore under his neck and was told to keep doing what i was doing (washing and triple antibotic crean) took him back to another vet today after a week of it getting worse to find out it was an abcesse which had to be lanced and treated with an antibotic shot and cream! i will not bring my dogs back here again after this incident. i was debating on switching after another incident which i will not name but this last time and failure to do an... read more
Such a friendly place to take your furry family members to. Dr West takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you understand before you leave.
I live in Swanton and of course have many animal hospitals close by but this office was referred to me and I am so glad I decided to try coming here. The staff from the girl at the front desk to the tech,Dr Brandy Day and the cashier are so friendly and nobody pressures you into anything or make you feel bad if you can not afford something they offer. I am VERY happy to be a client here and will make the trip back here every time. Thank you everyone we dealt with today :-)
