I'm from out of town came in and slept in my truck till they opened at 8:00 the guys got there by 7:30 and got me in the door after figuring out the problem wasn't the motor like I thought but simply a universal joint they worked with me on pricing and helped compare to my shop I use at home the consulting team in the office were all great and nice this will be my new shop I use while I'm in West Texas thank u guys
I travel to Midland very often and I have known some of the mechanics before this shop opened. Good people and reliable service. I had a transmission services by one of them years ago and never had another problem with it. If and when I break down in Midland this will be the first and only place I will go. Face it parts are expensive and labor is expensive. If we all knew how to work on cars we would not need this shop at all. West Texas Automotive was great working with me on getting my car fixed. I would recommend them for any vehicle repair they do. They were all friendly and very helpful. Will be back.
Very friendly and honest got us back on road will recommend them for all repairs
Took a drive shaft to get carrier bearing fixed and u joints replaced. Carrier bearing was charged to me over 100% of what they got it from the ford house and didn't even put all of the clips in the new joints. When asked about the price I was told "we have to make a profit. Everyone does it. If you don't like it you should've done it yourself. We normally don't do this." Cody I am sorry you feel this way. Our prices are right in line in the industry and with other shops in the area. We didn't become one of the busiest shops in midland by overcharging. Thank you for past business!!!!
