Mr Riley if my memory serves me correctly our initial diagnosis was the high pressure oil pump. We told you we needed another hour diag time to confirm this. You picked up your vehicle before that could be done. As far as price goes we go by book time not shade tree mechanic time and rates. I appreciate you giving us a try.

How the heck are y'all going to take a truck for overheating and f...k with the gas pump know the truck don't starts... I don't recommend this place at all ...
They charged me $264 to change a fuel filter, Kent Quick charges $79 for the same service? When I asked why it was so much to change out a $39 filter that takes about 15 minutes, they told me the manager marks up services as he wants, in other words if you don't ask before hand get ready to get ripped off!! No repeat service from this guy and I will make sure everyone knows how they do business, I welcome any justification comments from west Texas auto??
Walked into this place just to be treated so rudely..!! Asked the man if he was the Supervisor.. He said no that he was the owner..!!!! Wow, keep up that crappy customer service you'll business will be WELL known..!! Definitely would not recommend this place.. Only went because Autolube Express referred me to them..!!!! I'll definitely let them know how I was treated..!!!!!
RecommendedDefinitely the Best Service I’ve had in my experiences the Staff takes individual care of all his client gets the job done right and in a timely matter for a very good price.Ive worked for Chevy and a lot of other outfits WTA blows them all out of the water.Go see for yourself.
