The mechanic on job was really nice and welcoming. Our vehicle had broken down in front of their shop and they came out to help us and see what was wrong in a friendly manner. The belt had fallen off and our radiator had started leaking. They quickly took care of it and for a fair price. I was really satisfied with the attention and quality work they did. Will most definitely be coming back here in any other situation.
I’ve come here twice and the service has been excellent both visits. They really help you understand everything going with your vehicle. Waiting time for my car was also good. So I definitely recommend these guys!

West Texas Automotive has by far the best customer service! I took my car in for repairs and it was finished in a timely manner along with them being extremely thorough at a reasonable price. Even if they are busy, they take their time with each customer as if you’re the only one. They are VERY professional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone needing auto services or repairs!

Took my F150 to West Texas Automotive and received fast,professional service at a reasonable price! Dropped my truck off Monday morning and just as they told me it was diagnosed and repaired by Wednesday! My service writer contacted me and informed me of the repairs along the way!
