I have been to this facility 2 times, and both times treated like crap by the staff. The Doctor was GREAT, the staff....not so much.
Worst customer service I have ever seen. We made a appointment and they called to confirm but on the day of the appointment they said we would have to self pay because they made a mistake with our insurance company. Very rude to my wife and my self when we were just trying to get eye exam
We used to go to the Brighton office. Since it was closed we were forced to go to millington. IM SO GLAD!! Dr Holly is so amazing and made my sons eye exam far more comfortable than ever before. He was so scared but her attitude and personality made him feel very secure. Although we waited for quite some time, the wait was worth it. Thank you!
I've been coming here for years and absolutely love it. Dr. Cooper is thorough and always has time to answer my questions with kindness and patience. The front office folks were welcoming and friendly. Ms Shirley was a sweetheart as she assisted me in finding just the right frames. Anyone who wears glasses knows and understands it's hard to try and discern if they are right and becoming on you, as you can't see a thing while trying them on. Shelly was very helpful in helping me pick out my new stylish glasses! Customer Service was great & my glasses came back fast! I defintely will be visiting West TN Eye again! Overall great experience!Thank you!!
Every time that I'm there I have an issue. The entire visit was really unpleasant.
Mackenzie's glasses came in last night. I took them to her this morning. She was standing across the room and I pointed and the details of a picture. She said its a flower buts it's blurry. She put the glasses on and said OH MY!! breaks my heart and makes me happy at the same time. Thanks for being part of the solution.
