I don't think I'll ever go here again if I can help it. Every time I've been, I've had a bad experience and the billing afterwards is almost worse of an experience. It takes forever to try and pay a bill because the automated system doesn't work and paying it online doesn't work. So I sent a good old-fashioned check, and I still get calls about the payment even though it was already sent. Looks like I'll be finding another hospital. Update: I did submit feedback like they asked, we'll see if it ever makes a difference.

Went to the ER & I got there at 11:55pm Didn't have a clue that it was only one Doctor on shift i was put in a room at 6:15am & seen by The only Doctor at 7:45am. The staff was Nice. But I will never go there again.

If I could give zero stars to your ER Dr's I would the only reason I gave 1 star is because the rest of the ER staff was great. My daughter was brought in for an overdose of her medication. She arrived at this Hospital vomiting shaking could barely breathe and her clothes were soaked in sweat. Not one single Dr came to see her they put her in what was a called a safety room which looked like a nightmare and smelled of feces. She was finally able to calm down on her own. Hello world, this is the hospital. Our Assistant Pastor Rev. Roger's is in right. When I make my comment, it's with Hope as a people of service workers. I would like to thank you for accepting the call. However, there is a vital role that you are mandated to do by law.
