Took Tai to his first appointment; Dr. Janssen was great! He took the time to go over so much information. Dr. Janssen made us feel like Tai mattered to him just as much as he does to us. And Mary was super sweet. She cuddled with Tai. She even mentioned it will be fun to see how much he changes in a few weeks when we go back for our next appointment.
We have taken our fur babies to Dr. Janssen ever since he has been at this location. He has treated all of our "children" with the exception of 1. The entire team is fabulous and the treat my babies like their own. No question about it-my husband and I think they are the best and will continue to take our fur babies there. Highly recommended!
We absolutely LOVE West Side Veterinary Clinic and would highly recommend it to all our friends! West Side has been our veterinary clinic since mid-2013 after we adopted two kittens who are now 2 years old now. They both had ringworm and were treated for six weeks for it. Now we have a third cat and he got a clean bill of health. We're very happy with this veterinary clinic. Thank you, Dr. Janssen and your wonderful staff.
West Side has been the absolute best vet clinic I've taken my cats to. Dr. Janssen is so patient and answers every question I have fully and clearly. Vet visits can be such a stressful experience for animals, but the kindness both myself and my cats have received from the entire staff has made every trip a positive experience. Thank you!

I had an urgent need for vet services and my old vet wanted to put it off for 30 hours. Called Westside and although they couldn't see me immediately, they referred me to an office that could. I followed up care with them and have now made them my primary vet provider. I was impressed that they cared enough to help me find a resource to provide for our pets urgent needs. Good people, animal owners and lovers.
