If you want a Vet that will treat your best friend/fur baby with the love and respect they deserve as members of your family, this is the place. My ragdoll has been going to West Side for going on 6 years. He is always there for us, the staff treats you with respect and your needs with urgency. 1000% this is the best Vet in the metro and Polk County.
Highly recommend for all of your pet’s needs! Dr. Janssen and his staff are so caring and extremely knowledgeable about all things animal related. I cannot say enough good things about West Side Vet!

Dr.Janssen is a amazing vet! He was great at answering all of my questions and making sure I knew everything that was going on. He kept me updated when my Finley was done with surgery. Definitely my choice of veterinarian!
Doctor is very good he takes care of all of my animals I have 3-Dogs and a cat.his staff is very good and they take very good care of my fur baby’s I’ve been with west side veterinary clinic for 10 years now it’s a wonderful place to take your fur baby’s.

We’ve been taking our baby Sabrina to West Side Vet since we got her, and we love it! The doctor and staff are so nice and caring, and always help us with everything we need. Today they helped us out with Sabrina’s ears needing some medication, and it was quick and easy! Thank you guys!
