Home of pot smokers. Police let it slide.
THey tried to rent me an appartment that was dirty. they have a horrid towing policy. if it snows they tow without a fair and proper 24 hour notice. Ex maintanance man still has keys to most appartments they have are not changing the locks on.. over all a shit hole and a slum lord kind of place. they have failed past HUD inspections and recently violated abuse of access of a friends appartment. entry without 24 hour notice. the manager is rather un personable when it comes to confrontation.
