My family and I come here at least once a week. We are always welcomed with great customer service. The restrooms are available to those who come with respect for the laundry matt. They offer free laundry to those in need on mondays so please be patient with the owner on mondays she's offering something not many people have the pride to do. There's always free fresh coffee that I enjoy and donuts that my son absolutely loves. We were staying at the Broadmoor and needed laundry done for our family of 4 on our trip. This place was perfect- affordable by the pound approach, same day service to wash, dry and fold. Highly recommended if you’re staying in town and don’t want to pay $$$$ for a hotel laundry service!
Great facility. Everything I need was readily available. Felt safe and comfortable while doing my laundry. Great owner too, I had a problem and he helped me quickly without even needing to be notified. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get their laundry done in a nice facility. The laundromat is overall clean and has good equipment. Don't recommend bringing family around the laundromat due to some sketchy individuals frequenting the facility. Had a man with a machete walk in and another starting to shake/try to break the coin releases to steal money from the washer and dryers. Not 4-5 stats as advertised and not safe for families. Get your laundry washed and get out.
First off the ATM is a lie it does not charge a 3.50$ fee it charged me 6$ just to pull out 10$. Also i spent 8$ on the big washer just for it to breakdown halfway and leave my clothes soaking wet it was definitely a waste of money. I spent another 9.50$ on the 2 white washers just so i could get my soaked clothes actually washed. the place has upped the charge on there washers & dryers so now its even more expensive to just get my dang clothes washed.
