BJ. Werzne doesn’t care about his customers. They have had 2 chances to correct a problem, the first problem was created by the installer. He pounded the window into place with a hammer for 20 minutes. They were to replace it in 30 days with a new window, finally after 60 days they show up with a new window. You would think they would have had someone check the new widow to make sure it was made properly before sending the crew to change the bad window. RecommendedPhernell & Ben arrived at the agreed upon time and were a pleasure to work with. They explained the process and did the work in a timely manner, stopping only to see if I was satisfied at certain points in the procedure. I would strongly recommend West Shore Home to my friends and neighbors.
RecommendedBuddy and Justin came out today and did our new shower. I have never seen two men work as hard as they did to make sure everything was perfect. Our house was built in 1956 and nothing was the same angle of lined up right. But they redone it and it is beautiful. They worked for almost 12 hours without breaking to make sure it was right. When they left it looked like they had never been here. I would recommend them to anyone. I’m proud of our new shower. Thank you so much I would give them a high 5.
