Excellent customer service. I was 250 miles away from home and broke the arm off of my glasses. The nicest lady repaired them. On top of that, no charge. I was so moved by her kindness. Thank you so much Kim.
They are wonderful with my daughter. I absolutely love this place. Definitely amazing people :)
Talk about customer service- they have the best! Every lady that works there is friendly, efficient and bends over backwards to give great service. Customers really appreciate that their office hours are extended to two evenings. I feel like they are constantly updating their equipment and knowledge, so we can benefit from "best practices". I wouldn't take my family's eye care any where else!
Expensive. Way over charged to have a little wood particle taken out of my eyelid. 10 mins in and charged $205.00 That's $1280.00 per hr. Wal-Mart Vision said they would have charged $30.00. Emergency room would have been cheaper.
Very good with my kids. Very accommodating even when I had a case of mom brain and came fifteen minutes later than we were supposed to. Great selection of frames and very nice staff.
