My daughter made an appointment to get a COVID test since she was displaying symptoms during a pandemic, and they cancelled her appointment and refused her test because she has a five year old Dept with them. We are contraction the county health department about this. The recieved the test through another clinic. They didn’t even have the decency to call her and tell her they cancelled her appointment. This place should not even be in business. Let me guess, they don’t care!!!

tired of not getting called back and having no way to give a complaint or grievance and have any assurance that it's even being taken seriously let alone that it will be addressed anytime I've had an issue it is brushed off as if it was no big deal
I am currently in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. 11 days ago I noticed itchy bumps and a rash all over my body. I called my OBGYNs office numerous times and even went to urgent care to find some sort of answer or relief. I was dismissed multiple times regardless of my physical symptoms and verbal complaints. The west salem clinic is the only place I was treated like my symptoms mattered! I left with a second opinion, a treatment and cure for my issue. All I wanted was to be heard and taken care of!! West Salem clinic is a cesspool of incapable staff, undereducated physicians, over-entitled physicians assistants and the least literate transcriptionist I could ever imagine. I had to beg and plea for months before I was finally given halfway decent medical care. As a result of their misdiagnosis, over medication, poor patient follow up practices and later on outright ignorance and unwillingness to listen, I will be disabled for the rest of my life. Dear West Salem Clinic: something has to give. Whenever a patient calls any of your phone numbers for any of your various services in any of your many buildings all of those calls now get automatically shuffled into the phone queue for the front desk of your main office.
