I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this clinic, especially the receptionist. My appointment kept getting postponed over and over again with little explanation and no real effort to accommodate me. The receptionist (Ashima) was unhelpful and dismissive, and there was no sense of urgency or empathy about the repeated delays. We have been using this clinic for the past years as we did not have a family doctor, the service we recived was very personnel and more indepth than we expected from a walk in clinic, we are very greatfull for the kind attention we recived.

I was quite surprised to find that their rating here on Google wasn't higher, but I chalk that up to stresses on our system that are not under the clinic's control. The staff are kind, the doctors are exceptional, and the clinic itself is clean and tidy. I'm very thankful for their kindness!
