Best experience and very kind staff all around, front desk, lab and back office support staff were all super sweet and friendly. I would especially like to thank Dr.Bhukhen she has helped me with so much of my health concerns and takes the time to hear me out and has helped me get through so much with my personal health all around. Administrative staff is often non responsive to messages causing undo inconvenience. I am leaving my outstanding doctor of ten years because of the frustrations. Not happy.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I called on Wednesday three separate times to provide my insurance information and confirm coverage before coming in. I gave them all my details and expected to be told if there were any issues with my insurance. I work late, and I specifically came in on Saturday morning fasting for blood work. Had a great apt with my dermatologist here, however the building itself has a faulty front door, it wouldn't open when I first got there, then once it did, it wouldn't close and it was pouring rain out and frankly freezing to stand in line and get wet from the sideways rain and the wind blowing in like crazy. Then to find out that the door has been broken like that since the building opened seven years ago is actually crazy that Sutter would let something like that go for so long. Was explicitly told that I should have a follow up consultation with a dermatologist as part of preventive care, which is free with my insurance. Of course, after I had the consuntation .. I was billed $420 dollars for it .. staff refused to honor what was said to me, because it wasnt' written in paper.. of course. Their goal is to take money out of you, not to treat your health. Stay away.
