they don’t offer security it’s always dirty and lots of criminal activity. The police seem to not care about protecting this complex. Porch pirates come walking into door when it is unlocked during the office hours. Amazon doesn’t follow after hour instructions for when doors are locked. unable to fix the front door locking system in a timely manner. will be reach out to the housing committee about our right as tenants. car parking is not safe people trying to steel my car

My 90 year old wife any myself at 84 have lived at west ridge apartments for 6 years. Under the new management and ownership my wife and I have never had a criminal record or complaint are being accused of damaging property of the apartment complex according to the acting manager Devin! They refused my rent payment for the month of October 2023 unless I sign paperwork to the affect of admitting quilt to the damage to the said apartment complex. Was making a home of this place over the last 3 years- it was owned by a nice family and had a warm, friendly atmosphere. It wasn't perfect but we learned to like it. In the last month, however, it was sold to a new property management group. Shortly after, someone came and dumped the septic tank from their rv a few feet away from the building.
