I've rented for two years and now on my third lease and could not be more satisfied. I work in multifamily which is a similar field and I have to say I feel like I chose wisely when finding our home. I just placed a ticket for my water heater making a noise and within a couple days they accessed this issue while going above and beyond to resolve it. Horrible Horrible Horrible never fixed anything charged me for all kinds of issues took 350 out of my deposit!! Do not rent from this circus!

I can't speak highly enough about the service I receive from West Property Management. I no longer live in the area and am completely hands off of my rental house. Jeremiah handles everything quickly and professionally. More than that he genuinely cares. About me, about the tenants and about making sure they have a nice place to live and the home stays in good repair.
