The first thing they did was raise their rates and do absolutely nothing.
Not only did they not notify me about the pool passes but now they want ME to come to THEIR office and get it. Who's paying who??? Completely useless. Don't use them.
These people installed a completely and totally unnecessary card system on the gate to the pool and no one informed us and they were not available when I found out and we still don't have a card and haven't been able to use a pool we have had access to for years. I'm not paying exhorbident rent for this.
Like flushing your money down the toilet. – I have lived in a community managed by West Point for 2 years, now. In the time that I've lived here, I've called the "president" of West Point, Amos Orner, on numerous occasions in regards to simple issues regarding my condo (where to obtain extra keys, where to find a contractor to replace exterior doors etc...) and he has never responded with a helpful answer.
