Agreed to a price of $2875 by contract (after they completed an inspection) + $200 to restrap the plumbing lines. The crew arrived unannounced and called to say the repair would now cost $5600 + pipe supports, which would be far above the $200 quoted. I found the company dishonest in the scope that was quoted and felt taken advantage of - nearly doubling the price. The service technicians were very friendly and kept me informed of what needed to be done to fix our problem.
West Plumbing has been great to work with! I had a last minute issue with a pipe break they came out and fixed. The service was excellent. I appreciate to prompt response by Ms. Melanie and the guys that came out to do the job. They also handled another issue for me regarding my tenant's kitchen sink. All and all....I'll continue to do business with them!
