We used West Services to replace our outside AC unit and were very pleased with their job performance and price point. Jerone and Frank were very professional and courteous. Both demonstrated their knowledge and skill set in the HVAC field. Jerone was able to answer questions without hesitation and did so in a manner that the average Joe would understand. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I hired this company for what should have been a straightforward plumbing and shower surround installation. Instead, I’m left with property damage and a botched job that will cost even more to fix. First, they failed to properly measure or dry fit the shower surround before installation. Agreed to a price of $2875 by contract (after they completed an inspection) + $200 to restrap the plumbing lines. The crew arrived unannounced and called to say the repair would now cost $5600 + pipe supports, which would be far above the $200 quoted. I found the company dishonest in the scope that was quoted and felt taken advantage of - nearly doubling the price.
