Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish. I hired this company for what should have been a straightforward plumbing and shower surround installation. Instead, I’m left with property damage and a botched job that will cost even more to fix. First, they failed to properly measure or dry fit the shower surround before installation. Agreed to a price of $2875 by contract (after they completed an inspection) + $200 to restrap the plumbing lines. The crew arrived unannounced and called to say the repair would now cost $5600 + pipe supports, which would be far above the $200 quoted. I found the company dishonest in the scope that was quoted and felt taken advantage of - nearly doubling the price.
