A close friend of mines rent from this company. It’s very unprofessional the property manager makes it no different. My friend fell through hard times at one moment. And the property manager slapped a very big sign and court docs on her door instead of putting it in her mailbox. Not only that she doesn’t accepted any programs that will help her tenants maintain their rent payments.
Very unprofessional staff. Shady business practices. I won't be surprised when they lose their licensing. Truly horrible to deal with.
