The nursing, surgical and physician staff were excellent. They deserve 5 stars. However the Rich from the business office scares you to death 24 hours before your surgery calls to tell you you owe 900.00 for your surgery the next day. Stresses you out. I realize we all have deductibles to meet but to call 24 hours before your procedure. Shouldn't he call for benefits and with numbers way before then my surgery was scheduled for 5 weeks. The staff is terrific! So kind and attentive. Never felt so secure.
There is no communication there, they told my daughter at 4:30 a.m. to have her ride be there by 11 a.m. to pick her up after being there 3 weeks to only wait til 10 a.m. & tell her she wouldn't be leaving until 1 just to turn around & say at 1 they are still working on it & at 3 tell us the discharge papers are being signed & we could leave in just 15 mins, finally to be leaving another 30 mins later almost 4 p.m. til we got out of there. Complete bullshit hope we never have to go back there again.
