Elizabeth C Thanks for the review. But when writing a review please be totally transparent on the truth. You forgot to mention the Paducah Police was called to your home 5 times within a 6 week period for fighting with your husband. It's public record that you were evicted owing a large amount of back rent. Not to mention law enforcement had hung several notices on your door after you moved out looking for you. Be a adult and be totally transparent with the truth.
This place has turned into a total shithole!!!! I’ve lived here several times over the years when Mary Sue owned them and it was awesome! Never had any issues. The new owners don’t care, they want to keep raising the rent sky high but refuse to take care of the place or do any updates. They also don’t care who they hire to run the place! The property manager Laura stays drunk 24/7 and literally drives around the complex ALL DAY LONG smoking cigarettes and looking for tenants to harass.
