Unprofessional owners, noisy area
I rented here for about a year and a half. The apartments are infested with roaches! When we moved out we had to throw away hundreds of dollars in appliances. On top of that we had to pay to fumigate our new home because those roaches traveled along with us. To top everything off, the owners of Westpark apartments held us responsible for the roach infestation and charged us $250 for it! They are thieves. Be warned.
I must’ve not have been up to their standards…. or their cup of tea per se, because the representative lied straight to my face and said I was denied based off my credit when my credit wasn’t ran. She sounded very insecure, and had a hard time with her lie, she must think I was born yesterday I see any and everything that goes on with my credit and I’m alerted when there’s a hard or soft pull. Been living here since mid January 2021- up until now there are no problems . If there is anything that needs to be fixed Management responds very quickly. I like the staff and Juliana is very friendly and was great since the beginning. I have had a good experience up until now
I Love living here at West Park Apartments .I have been living here since 2016, And The manager Juliana is beautiful! Inside and out!! She is Everyday people!! Her and her staff are so friendly. Juliana listens to my service requests and get right on them to get the jobs done. Me and my family are very fond of Juliana, she has a open door personality, anytime I need assistance I know without a doubt My manager Juliana will do her best to help me🤗A±+++++++ In Customer service!!
