An excellent practitioner that has a true desire to impact her patients and change lives for the better.
Dr. B is fabulous! She has been treating me for 8 years. She is kind, compassionate, LISTENS, and knows her stuff! She has even opened her office on Sunday to adjust me. You don't find doctors who will put their patients before their personal life.
I have a been a patient of Dr. Del Carmen for over 5 years. She now treats my entire family! Her knowledge and insight into her specialty is outstanding. Many times I have come in with an ache or a pain and every time, she is able to get me back on track. Her wit and tableside manner is second to none. She is serious and brilliant in her field but, she has a caring and fun way to approach her patients that make them feel very at home. I've been going to West Oaks for 7 years. Dr. Melissa has always been accommodating as far as appointment times are concerned, and has even opened up just to see me! I have moved three times since I started going here, but like a great restaurant I will drive the extra miles to see Dr. Melissa because she is the best in West County!
