If your looking at apartments run by silverland I highly suggest to not get it. These apartments are over priced for what you get. Nothing ever works and it's hard to get someone to fix it. My apartment hasn't been updated since 1960 and I'm expected to pay almost a thousand dollars for it. It's ridiculous they charge for pest control yet I have only been sprayed once. My dishwasher doesn't work and there's not even a laundry room here. Never any hot water if your rent is 900 then there is gas about 12 buks water runs around... read more
I just went to look at an apartment. No one showed but while I was waiting outside the apartment the overwhelming smell of old cat litter was too much. The place gives hourly rate motel vibes. The smell was just disgusting.
