Great place with good folks. I take advantage of their Saturday morning walk-ins schedule to keep my pets up to date. Have been satisfied for a decade or more.
This is the best vet in town! The staff is so kind to the animals in their care and are incredibly considerate of owners! I have been going there for over a year with my kitties, and just this week they fixed my kitty's fractured leg. Not only did they call me to let me know the cost estimate for Jean's treatment, but they let me pick the color of her cast and kept her overnight at no extra charge just to ensure that her bandages were put on securely. I love taking my dog to West Oaks for daycare! The ladies are so sweet to both my dog and myself and are always happy to update me on her day.
I will never be going to West Oaks Anmial Hospital again. Today I took one of my dogs in to get a 6 month booster and they told me I had a balance from when I got dewormer for another one of my dogs two months ago, so I told them that I was told that didn't owe anything at the time. Then the office manager came out; I told her the same thing, it wasn't a big deal, but that's just what I was told.
