RecommendedThe staff at West Oaks are always very kind and polite. They have been seeing our puppy Meeko for 2 months for his puppy shots. They remember his name and always love on him when we are there. The first come first serve availability on Saturday mornings is a lifesaver for those who work full time!
they were very nice and understanding from the first visit to the last visit with are dog. we had to have molly put too sleep they made the process alot easier to go through. thank you for the kindness and understanding
Since there are a handful of "bad" reviews on here, I wanted to leave my review. Our 7 month old lab got spayed today, they called us when she was waking up from surgery to let us know she was waking up and doing great and they let us know we could pick her up this evening between 5 and 6. When we picked her up the receptionist was BEYOND FRIENDLY! Like seriously made us feel like we were just part of the family. They were very flexible when it came to scheduling my cat Dio late notice for an eye exam! And everyone there was so sweet, and my boy was very comfortable the entire time. I even was given an estimate for the cost of services beforehand, and asked if I would like to proceed with the full treatment (which I did.) I can always appreciate having options just in case cost is an issue. Also the location is super convenient! I can walk there from my apartment, although I don't think Dio would be much of an advocate for that.
We love West Oaks! Everyone there is so nice and kind not only to me but my crazy puppy! So happy we found them!!

My dog, Penny, stayed at West Oaks for a week and a half when I was out of town. I was nervous, because she is extremely shy with people and other dogs. When I picked her up I was so excited to hear that she did well and she made friends! I decided to make West Oaks her primary vet and I’ve been 100% pleased since! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I have and will continue to recommended them!
I truly cannot day enough good things about the staff at West Oaks! I am going on 2 years of taking my pup there, and she seriously LOVES this place! She yanks me to the door & runs straight to the girls when she gets inside! (Especially to find Robin for a treat lol) They truly treat Nova like she is their own & always have a smile on their face, even when I ask a million questions. I wish I could give this review more than 5 stars because they absolutely deserve it! Thank you West Oaks for all you do for me and Nova girl!
The staff and doctor are super nice, but make sure you confirm the price before you let them treat your dogs. I was quoted a different price on the phone and when I went to check out was shocked by the amount. I didn't have enough to pay for it all and asked if I could pay the remainder on payday. They refused and wouldn't let me have the medicine my dog needed for an infection. Even though I just paid $100.
