Great staff and amazing service! I brought my husky in for a check up and they did everything and more to make her feel comfortbale and getting her to feel better!
West Oaks is so so amazing! Every person who works there is so kind and they always remembers me and my dog Cooper when I come back for an appointment or daycare. My dog is so excited to go to the vet every time we pull in the parking lot and that is so rare! I always want the best care for Cooper and I know I have found it here. Thank y'all so much!!!

They have a wonderful doggie day car program! When my dog was a puppy, we were gone all day to work and lived in an apartment complex so he couldn’t be let out during the dog. When I expressed my concern of having to be at work before they opened, one of the techs, Rachel, offered to take our dog with her to West Oak since we lived at the same apartment complex! It was extremely kind and sincere. I have never seen a vet family so caring. Thank you for all that you do!
Seriously one of the best vet clinics in NWA. Dr Nall and Dr Cottle are absolutely amazing with our fur babies. They have a very knowledgeable staff and a great boarding program. It’s wonderful knowing your babies are in good hands when you’re away.
