I saw Faith yesterday for the first time. A year ago I had a really bad experience at a different salon, that resulted in me cutting my own hair, and avoiding any salon since. Faith took the time to listen and hear me describe my hair. She's so sweet and easy to talk to. We talked through what I wanted and what my hair will actually do. She offered suggestions based on my descriptions and executed the plan flawlessly. She even gave me tips on how to style (how to hold the brush, etc) which I've never had anyone do before. Im not entirely sure kelsey knows how to blend reds. My good friend came to me after coming here yesterday and I was shocked to she her hair after seeing a "stylist" She 100% had hot roots and it looked like someone first attempt at a box dye on roots gone wrong... She didnt want to say anything online. She did confront her(kesley)about it in the salon. Devon is amazing!! She was recommended to me by a friend and has not disappointed! Both times I’ve been to her I told her exactly want I wanted and she beyond delivered! I love that she takes her time and doesn’t rush. 100% recommending her to all my girls!
This salon is really dirty and only care about money. They don’t care about their costumers. Will not be going back
