The clinic has super rude receptionist. Never pick up the calls and has no courtesy in talking to patients.
The practice has the worst reception. They loose requisitions, do not pick up calls, forget documents, and do not provide correct information. I had to call and remind to send my son referral to the specialist 5 times (every time with a promise it’s done). In the end my husband had to go and oversee it’s been sent. The reception kept telling they did not receive X-ray results for two days when we were checking my son for broken wrist. Dr. Mackey is one of the best doctor I ever seen!
We had a great experience with the referral process and seeing the specialist. Once we arrived we were seen quickly - They may have changed receptionists because the one at the front desk was very lovely and accommodating. We felt reassured about our sons case when we left.
I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and frustration with the treatment I received from your clinic's secretary. When I called today to schedule an MRI for my child—a process I have been trying to complete since August, over six months ago—I was met with shockingly rude behavior.
