Called at 9pm on Friday night expecting to leave a message on an answering machine. Imagine my surprise when Mark answered and after hearing that our A/C was out, offered to come out right then. He was with family and I wasn't about to pull him away from that. He came Saturday morning and after replacing a part, had the unit up and running in no time. We appreciate all your hard work, honesty and integrity.
