Mark and his company are always very fair and helpful. I called him and told him my AC had went out and my 7 month old was getting hot in the Texas heat. He had someone out to my house within a hour and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes and my AC was restored. Jason the tech that helped was fantastic. West-o-plex is the place to go if you have issues. 5/5 stars Jason

we had Jason come out to our property and to diagnose our air conditioning unit he diagnosed it fixed it very thoroughly. we highly recommend westoplex to come back.

We had an AC emergency back in May. I had my husband call at 8 in the morning on a SUNDAY. Yes, a Sunday! Mark was here within an hour. He immediately found the problem & even gave us friendly tips on how to keep our unit running properly!! Highly recommend!!!
