Tried for 3 days to make reservations(for 17 people) for snow tubing and kept getting the run around! Finally get a call back 2 day before we were going to go just to be told that they were booked and we couldnt recieve the group discount! Very poor communication and very unprofessional!
I liked this mountain, however the increase in lift tickets is a bit much. Weekends are now considered holiday pricing. Such a shame for a little mountain to increase so much. For the price, I'd say save your money and go to a bigger mountain with more trails.
Let us book a birthday party without notice there was going to be 5 colleges down hill skiing competition no place For the 15 kids we brought to sit and eat and do cake and presents without college kids sitting all over our stuff never again!!
Went tubing for the first time yesterday. The staff at the tubing area were great! I had my 2 year old with me and she had a great time!
Great day at West, family and kid friendly. Polite friendly staff and kudos to the young men running the tubing hills Jan. 21st. All 6 of my grandkids,great nieces and nephews had a blast and the staff made it so easy!
Wonderful mountain with very friendly staff! Had a great day there yesterday snow tubing! Very reasonable!
