I would strongly suggest extreme caution in buying from West Motorsports at 3200 Rucker Ave in Everett. We bought a car from them 9 months ago. We paid cash in full; there was no loan. Today I realized we still didn't have the title. I called the Washington state Department of Licensing to ask whether we were on the title as the owners. The representative said that although we were registered, West Motorsports was the lienholder. I asked if that meant West Motorsports still owned the car. I purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan 2012 about 3ish months ago. I understand what a USED car entails too. So, far I have replaced both upward, downward 02 sensors, brakes & brake pads, replaced all spark plugs, coil pack, replaced the recirculating valve, oil change, AND YET STILL my car has the check engine light on and it’s leaking oil which NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE THE OIL PAN GASKET. Garbage. Do not do business with them unless you want to lose money. Terrible to deal with. Empty promises of fixing issued brought to attention as a condition of sale. Either refuse calls, blame said issues with vehicle on you, or give you the run around, "talk to the owner" Funny thing is no one there knows who the owner is when you're given multiple names from different employees. Shady business. Stay away.
