I was looking for an upper spring collar for a Polaris scrambler 500 nobody had one nobody could order it I contacted Eric at west Michigan snowmobile he said he would have one I drove for an hour too get there he helped me right away and gave me the part for free very very great guy contact him for anything you might want

I had a 2012 side by side that parts were really hard to get, The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell they truly care about their customers. and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.
