This place is great. I'm a owner op and was in the area and had major issues with my truck. The gentleman at the service counter, Austin i believe. was helpful and informative! Also got me the updates and info I needed without me needing to ask which we all know as truck drivers is very rare! The head foreman in the shop was fast and efficient. If your in western Michigan near Muskegon and in need truck repair, call them. They will do everything in their power to get you rolling. From the service department, parts department and shop foreman, these guys have your back. They continuously update you on what's going on and don't move forward until there's an agreement or plan on how to move forward. I’ve been driving over 35 years and it’s nice to come across a genuine person who knows his stuff, and don’t try to rip you off cuz you’re stuck!
