She enrolled herself in Hart CMH, and while they did get her an appointment with a neurologist who diagnosed her with both Alzheimer’s and dementia, she was absolutely not treated well by her caseworker. i literally had to wait for a second appointment for 6 months until they completely ghosted me
Office staff, nurses, case managers are excellent. 5 stars. The psychiatrists very old, and out of touch with basic human needs and understandings. None of the staff, nurses or case managers have any power over what the psychiatrists say. Its a huge, gigantic mess, and this company will fail Michigan just like Lakeshore community mental health did. Corrupt cooperate companies making profits on people's problems.
