RecommendedGrand Haven West Marine, I want to say thank you! My husband and I came in to shop over the Memorial weekend. We had our masks on and noted the sign at the door “masks required”. I ordered a tandem Kayak in April and have been told a different story every week about it not being available. Honesty and transparency would be a start.
Went to by some sperrys for too much money and the guy totally acted like I wasn't there, even after he chatted with his only customers. He is such a jerk, and I've seem the additude before. Never again, buy on line, certainly not from this store. Avoid if you can.

Worst store ever! Very poor experience with the staff every time I visit the store. If they hate their job and helping customers why not go work somewhere else? West Marine in SCS and Troy is always very helpful and then there is these douche bags in Harrison Township. I’d rather spend double elsewhere or even miss a day of boating than ever visit this location again!
