I would go there again. I drive a Toyota and my dealer Grossinger referred me to West Loop. I am very attached to my car and from the start the fine people at West Loop treated me great. They are really a reflection of good business. They worked well with my insurance and cleaned up my car nice for me. When I got it back they explained everything they did and told me about the warranty. I would go there again.

This is officially 'my car place' now I registered on Yelp just to write this review. I've had horrible luck with cars over the past few years (3 accidents + 3 other major repairs on 3 different vehicles) so I've visited West Loop more than anyone should have to visit an Auto Repair shop. Despite the awful circumstances each time I've had to go there, the folks at West Loop have been nothing but spectacular. It is hard to find a good shop now a days. I give West Loop Auto Body a 10 for the great service they provided. The Staff there was very polite and professional. I will definitely be using their services again. It is hard to find a good shop now a days.

West Loop keep rockin !!!! I went to this shop because a friend told me they knew someone who went there and had work done and said it was reasonable and great quality. I normally just go where my family goes for service but let me tell you, they blew me out of the water. The customer service I received was like nothing I ever experienced. The staff was beyond welcoming and offered me so many options for repairing my truck. Demetrius, Raymond, and Ryan were like my old friends. Wow! All I have to say is WOW!! Wow! All I have to say is WOW!! I especially appreciated the loaner car and the detailed explanation of the problems with my car. I will recommend their services to all my friends and family!!! One of a kind business - you will not go wrong with them!!!

good experience OK, We've had our car for about five months now and though we bought it used with a lot of miles. But we've never had any trouble with it at all. All of a sudden out of the blue it would just die when driving it down the street. Worst part about it, is it would stop at around 50 mph So it wasn't like I could just pull over. It was always on the express way or Lake Shore Drive. I took it to an auto shop on the north side which shall remain nameless. The best in my world I gotta say, these guys are the best in my world. My Subaru needed to pass inspection. For 6 months I'd been trying to get the check engine light off. Kept taking it to the same guy who kept ripping me off and not fixing the problem. Then tried Midas, who said they could fix it- for 2k (new catalytic converter needed).
