The staff is very honest and friendly here! The staff is very honest and friendly here! This is one of the best autobody shops in the city.. Its convenient to get to and they do a thorough job.. their waiting room is really clean and comfortable unlike some other places where you feel gross just sitting there! They offer shuttling services too which is nice!
I will definitely continue to use West Loop Auto Body in the future I recently took my car to West Loop Auto body. I have used them a number of times in the past years. As always the work was great. Demetrius and Carlos took the time to walk me through the work that would be done to my car. I would go there again. I drive a Toyota and my dealer Grossinger referred me to West Loop. I am very attached to my car and from the start the fine people at West Loop treated me great. They are really a reflection of good business. They worked well with my insurance and cleaned up my car nice for me. When I got it back they explained everything they did and told me about the warranty. I would go there again.
This is officially 'my car place' now I registered on Yelp just to write this review. I've had horrible luck with cars over the past few years (3 accidents + 3 other major repairs on 3 different vehicles) so I've visited West Loop more than anyone should have to visit an Auto Repair shop. West Loop keep rockin !!!! I went to this shop because a friend told me they knew someone who went there and had work done and said it was reasonable and great quality. I normally just go where my family goes for service but let me tell you, they blew me out of the water. The customer service I received was like nothing I ever experienced. good experience OK, We've had our car for about five months now and though we bought it used with a lot of miles. But we've never had any trouble with it at all. All of a sudden out of the blue it would just die when driving it down the street. Worst part about it, is it would stop at around 50 mph So it wasn't like I could just pull over.
