Took one of our cars to get detailed at West Loop Auto Spa and had an incredible experience! Super friendly staff and they did an impeccable job--car looks brand new! We'll definitely be bringing out other vehicles back.
Worst service I have ever had. Brought my car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) to get the carpet shampooed and got it back without my floor mats and it appeared as if it wasn't even vacuumed in the backseat (there was actually more debris there after I brought it in) and they didn't even touch the trunk. When I went to pick up my floor mats, they were sitting in a pile in the garage right where another car was being cleaned. The staff is very honest and friendly here! The staff is very honest and friendly here! This is one of the best autobody shops in the city.. Its convenient to get to and they do a thorough job.. their waiting room is really clean and comfortable unlike some other places where you feel gross just sitting there! They offer shuttling services too which is nice!
I will definitely continue to use West Loop Auto Body in the future I recently took my car to West Loop Auto body. I have used them a number of times in the past years. As always the work was great. Demetrius and Carlos took the time to walk me through the work that would be done to my car. It took a little longer than projected because State Farm wanted to use replacement parts that did not fit and then they had to order OEM parts. The color match on the paint was great.
