Amazing building and very helpful office staff, ensured my move in was seamless, the apartment is absolutely stunning I love the open loft layout.
Prospective renters, please be aware that the property owner, Daniel Sablosky, is leaving five star reviews on the properties he owns. He pretends to be a prospective tenant. I currently live in one of his properties and it has been a nightmare. We've had kitchen and bedroom windows leaking since March 5, 2025, and none of them have been repaired. Adjusting my review to reflect the UNACCEPTABLE service I have received post-move out. After being a respectful & ALWAYS TIMELY paying renting resident for over 6 years, the leasing office failed to properly apply the last month's rent I paid at the time of signing a lease (then charged me a late fee for not paying the last month's rent when the staff told me MULTIPLE times not to issue payment and they were looking into it with their accounting), unfairly kept my security deposit (due to damage primarily caused by the build... read more
The AI replies on here are hysterical and should tell you everything you need to know about this place. There’s a lack of care and authenticity. Stayed at SoSuite (the “hotel” within West Lofts) and the customer service sounded like an AI chatbot that basically said “hang in there” while our room’s air conditioner didn’t work during scorching hot stay over the summer. DON’T COME HERE. Bonus picture: look at this disgusting, moldy, non-functional air conditioner!
