Lived at West Lofts for the past nearly 6 years and it has been a great place to call home. I found this gem unexpectedly when searching for loft apartments in the city and it turned out to be the perfect space for me. During my time at West Lofts, any issues I have had with maintenance, etc. having been addressed/resolved promptly. Management has held my security deposit and owed rent past the 30 days required by law without any notice or providing any communication. I've tried emailing and calling and no one has gotten back to me. This goes against my Tenant rights and state law. I originally was not planning to leave a review because it did not start bad until about half my tenure living at the Lofts. The constant issues of dealing with my skylights leaking, the fact that most machines at the gym did not work, medicine and packages being held hostage... read more
