The building is beautiful but the management here is incompetent, gaslighting, and exploitative of their tenants. We moved in in October with no issues, we really loved our apartment and all utilities worked accordingly when we first arrived, in including the heat which would heat the whole unit within an hour. Of all of the places I’ve lived, West Lofts was my favorite. Staff was always like family, quick maintenance, clean & beautiful historic and artsy building. Really appreciated being in a secure building considering not knowing the area, my packages never went missing since they are managed by the concierge which was a huge issue in other neighborhoods for me. Street parking is available & I never had to park far from the entrances. Everything is nearby also. Overall amazing & well worth it!

Making West Lofts my humble abode was the best decision I made! The building feels safe clean and very comfortable. I had an amazing experience with the building manager Ashley Capriotti and Dawn. They were so hospitable and accommodating. Anyone looking for a new home in Philadelphia will be satisfied with West Lofts.
The flats and lofts are so spacious it makes West Philly feel like Bel-Air. I was completely blown away by the amenities they offered. The lobby is breathtaking and brings an atmosphere of elegance. Everything from cabinets, faucets, walls to windows gave a chefs kiss in decor and ambience.The gym gives a slice of sweet history. The on-site staff are highly trained and kind especially Ms. Capriotti. Well done.
