If you have chronic back, neck, shoulder, pain...you MUST come to Chiro-Health! They are absolutely the best - professional, personable, and diligent. They work with you to develop a recovery plan that is manageable based off of your i)activity level, ii) time, and iii) severity of injury.
As an avid distance runner I am always used to new aches flairing up for a few days at a time when I approach the higher mile weeks ahead of races. Usually they just work themselves out with a little re-focused attention on shortening my stride and making sure the feet are tracking right but this last ache in my hip just kept nagging me for weeks through all the hills.
